I doubt it. You would need a glove with a rated cut level

I have not used these nitrile gloves over glove liners, believe you just need to account for the increased size / measure over the liners before selecting size.

Do these gloves offer any heat protection? Such as when pulling hot pork or brisket?

Not really unless you're real fast. I'm not sure what sizes are being offered, but mine say "L". I tried putting a pair of thin cloth gloves under them, but they really wouldn't fit. Maybe there is a "XL" size that would work better, depending on how big your hands are.
