Great addition to my tapo smart home devices. Very versatile and easy to locate in your home. The temperature and humidity is very accurate and Easy to read. Very easy to use with minimal functionality. Battery life seems great. The sensor feels well made and should survive small drops without issue. Works great for the price I would highly recommend.

Nice clear display. Easy to set up and pair with a base station. I have paired mine with a plug socket to trigger the dehumidifier to come on at specific times and humidity ranges. Saves a bit of money and noise during sleeping hours. Monitors humidity and temperature so can be used to smartly control quite a few set ups. Display is genuinely quite nice and very readable over a distance. Good quality all round.

I bought the Tapo T315 specifically to monitor conditions inside my indoor greenhouse, and it’s been brilliant. I needed something accurate and easy to check from my phone without constantly opening the greenhouse and disturbing the environment – and this does exactly that. The setup was really simple through the Tapo app. Within minutes I could see real-time temperature and humidity readings, plus clear graphs showing how conditions change throughout the day. This has been a game changer for keeping my plants happy, especially with more sensitive tropical species that need stable humidity. Accuracy seems spot on when compared with other meters I’ve used, and I love the alert feature – I get notifications if the temperature or humidity goes outside the range I’ve set. That’s saved me a few times when the room got too cold at night. The battery life is excellent and the screen is clear even inside the slightly humid greenhouse environment. It’s small enough to sit neatly on a shelf without getting in the way, and the build quality feels solid.

The Tapo T315 does exactly what it needs to. Bought 2 of these with the H100 smart hub. Already had the Tapo app as I have a few smart plugs. Easy to set up, excellent paper white display. Great for monitoring updates and downstairs especially when the higher temperatures arrive with appropriate alerts coming through. Would recommend the Tapo ecosystem.

A neat unit and appears accurate. Uses AAA batteries which are easy to fit unlike some devices in the range. Pairing with the hub was just a formality as normal. The screen is huge for such a small device, easy to see at a glance from a distance away without resorting to the app.

I bought the Tapo T315 to monitor temperature and humidity in a flat where condensation and dry air fluctuate depending on season, and in practice it feels like a well-engineered domestic sensor rather than a novelty gadget. The unit is very compact and light, yet the E-ink display is excellent, readable from across the room with no glare and minimal battery draw. Placement is flexible, and I found the readings stabilise quickly after moving it, updating frequently enough to be genuinely informative rather than approximate. In side-by-side checks with other sensors, the values were consistent within a sensible margin. What sets it apart is integration rather than raw measurement. Once paired with a Tapo hub, the data logging, alerts, and automation options are genuinely useful, particularly for managing humidity around musical instruments and electronics. Battery life has been strong so far, with no noticeable drain after months of use. The main caveat is that the smart features are entirely dependent on owning a compatible hub, which should be factored into the real cost. As a standalone display it is good, but as part of the wider ecosystem it becomes genuinely excellent.

I've got 2 of these units now as I use them to control the climate in both my shed and greenhouse. I use the Taco app so that if humidity gets too high it's turns my dehumidifier on (via a Tapo smart plug) and if the temp gets to high it turns the fan on, likewise too cold and the heater comes on. They are easy to setup following the instructions on the app and used alongside all my other Tapo units they for a sort of ecosystem of connected plugs sensors. They've been on constantly now for several months and haven't faulted yet. They have large enough text to read from a distance. I would buy more another if I found a use for them, for the price and compatibilty with my other Tapo plugs you can't go wrong

I bought this - as it's portable and I appear to have invested a lot into TAPO products. It has easily been added into my array of devices. I like this as it has a screen - so I don't need to log into the app to get my required data. The screen is readable no matter if in direct sunlight or not - which is sleek. I flip it between the out house and living room. It updates quickly - every couple of seconds, which is nice. My other TAPO temp sensors update at least every 30 seconds... As I always wonder, since I have many TAPO sensors around, I put this one in the same location and see if I get the same results. Thankfully I do - which is good as I have spent a lot on TAPO stuff. It's good how you can link all this stuff to do smart functions and it also keps a log of temp & humidity - for two years. Amazing how this stuff is cool once you get old

Piccolino ma leggibile, abbinato a una presa smart tapo ho potuto creare routine per il deumidificatore anche senza Alexa. Bene anche l'app tapo.

Für die Verwendung ist ein Tapo Smart Hub (verwende den Tapo H100) notwendig. Funktioniert einwandfrei und habe die Batterien nach einem Jahr noch nicht wechseln müssen. Das Display ist klar und lässt sich leicht ablesen. Für mich besonders nützlich: die historischen Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitswerte kann man sich auch per E-Mail als CSV zusenden lassen.

Pratique facilement utilisable avec le HUD TAPO. Fiabilité Tplink c'est parfait pour gerer ces données a distance. Sur place le cadran est ultra lisible. Permet de déclencher des scenarios depuis l'application Tapo
