These definitely help me relax at night

This is not my first tango with these I must say, so I wanted to give them another try, as back when I tried them I was a casual drinker (1-2 bottles of red a week).Now I don’t have any booze in my system when trying these out, I think I’d be able to see where I stood with them better, as I was hoping for a mood/focus improvement, and some slight improvement in sleep quality.My sleep has always been poor, and so has my attention/focus (school though I had adhd but I never followed it up).Ok so, I tried the recommended dose, a higher dose, doing in the am vs pm, that kind of thing. My trial period was and usually is for products like these, 4-6 weeks unless side effects present.In short, it was quite an uneventful trial of this amino acid. I found it had no noticeable effects, and let’s just say I’m well clued into my body when it comes to to ahem, potentially mind effecting substance (alcohols the biggest one along with caffeine in coffee! ;))So to finalise, I found no side effects from the product, but also no noticeable positive effects.My sleep didn’t change, my mood or focus neither. Alternatives? 5-HTP at the right dose, can improve your mood. The 200mg capsules are overkill, and give you no flexibility to start at a lower recommended dose of 50mg.Avoid the supplements that are ridiculously priced at £40 and more, as you don’t know what is the active ingredient that’s helping you, if it does help at all. And the amounts of each compound they use are in most cases, minuscule.Always buy from a reputable brand like solgar or now foods.I have spent hundreds trying to find a supplement that actually helped me in some way. I’m still looking, it’s just a shame a certain plant isn’t legalised in the UK, as that DOES have proven evidence to help with insomnia and pain for example.

Giova al rilassamento. Difficile capire se agisce anche control il cortisolo. Forse occorre regolare la dose.

L-Theanine from reliable non-amazon brands gives me focus, relaxation and calm at just 100/200mg.Taking 400 or 800 mg of these isnt doing anything. Imo the product does NOT contain l-theanine so im worried whats inside instead..

Como si fuera capsulas de aire. No hacen nada de nada. Me tomaba una por la mañana y otra por la noche y nada. Placebo pero encima inútil. Y además no son baratas. Y además no se pueden devolver claro. Estafa total.
