This is SO much easier and safer in my opinion than using traditional nail clipper or a regular nail file. The buffer is super gentle and doesn’t nick the skin, which was my biggest concern. I love that it comes with different pads for different ages, so it grows with your baby. The motor is quite which is a huge plus. I can file my baby’s nails while she’s sleeping or relaxed without waking her up. It also gives you really good control with adjustable speeds and directions. The battery last many many uses. My daughter is almost 5 months old and I haven’t had to replace the batteries. Fits nicely in your hand and the case is really nice if you want to travel with it. Definitely a need on a baby registry

Love it!! I was so scared to cut my baby’s nails so I gave it a try. Even if you hit skin it doesn’t do anything & usually stops. It doesn’t get too hot if you’re filing in the same spot.(I tried it on myself.) There’s different files according to age. Very easy to use & comes in a nice case to store. I like to use it when my baby is asleep. You just get it done faster & it’s nice & quiet. I have used when she was drinking her bottle & she was fine with it but with just moving around a lot it’s better when they’re asleep. My baby is 2mnths. I wish I wasn’t so scared I would’ve got it awhile ago & used when she was younger!

a bit of a love hate relationship with this. On one hand I can't imagine using anything but an electric buffer and it's so easy to use, great quality and functional. On the other hand, man these nails just seem to grow sharper the next day. I think I'm just not buffering them at the right angle? instructiion video please I'm apparently a complete noob.

Listen, if you’re blind like me and terrified to cut your little one’s nails because you may hurt them this is the product for you! I love that it has different files for different ages. It also has a built in light! I tested it on my own skin and it didn’t hurt one bit. It works amazingly! Also, the first one I had received was faulty so I contacted Frida Baby and they replaced it at no extra charge and it arrived quickly. Their customer service was amazing!

Worked great at first, but almost 6 months to the day it stopped working well. We switched to the 6-12 month buffer head and now it barely spins. We have tried replacing batteries with no success.

This thing is the best! It smooths out baby’s nails after you clip them or for a newborn, if you’re scared of using the clipper on them, this works great on their soft nails without needing to clip them first. It gives you a ton of control of the grit and speed to make it perfect your baby. If it breaks (15 months+ and still going strong!) I would buy another one. I wish I had put it on my registry.

Very good product! Soft touch on baby’s nails and pretty powerful comparing with similars kn the market. no issues in the first month!
