Total value & plays beautifully
I've been playing for 30 years. This is an epic guitar to play which i play more than my Fender (s)

A great shame.
Despite the positive reviews, the bass came with several issues - loose tone control, buzzing on pressing the strings down around the first finger/fret area when played. However the main issue is in the positioning of the markers on the side of the neck. They needed to be bang on where frets 3, 5, 9, 12, 15, 17 and 19 would have been. Instead the were anything up to a centimetre out. This made impossible to play with any accuracy. I could see what had happened in production - the markers are located between the frets, but without the frets, the dots need to replicate where the frets should have been. All other fretless instruments follow this rule.I have played a Fender jazz fretless for years, before selling it on. I bought this as I had missed the sound and playability. Sorry to say, and a great shame that this Dimavery bass was not up to scratch and disappointingly, not fit for purpose. I persevered for as couple of days, adapting my playing, but felt it would not succeed in the long run. The tone control I could have had fixed, the nut and neck adjusted to reduce the 'fretless' buzz, but the dot-marker issue eventually made It a non-starter.

I was impressed until I took a Bass to the knee...
Does what it says on the tin and a bit. However the bit which the strap connects to sheared off when I used a different strap to the one which comes with the bass. In fairness I'm probably being a bit harsh but if I was using this as a live bass I'd be really quiet bothered.Futhermore the neck was of incorrect length so it wouldn't tune in properly.
