Easy to install, works well
I'm currently using this to hold an easy bar on the wall but it would certainly hold a men's standard Olympic bar (45 lbs). I even tested a hex bar with it... not sure of the weight of the hex bar but it is at least 40 lbs... this mount held it up easily. It was pretty simple to install by myself with the use of a cordless drill to create pilot holes and a screwdriver to put in the screws. I screwed it into a stud using a stud finder. My main tip is to make sure you measure the length of the collar of the bar you want to hang and leave a few inches of clearance to there is room to lift your bar up and into the bracket, because you can't just slide it straight in due to the little tabs on the face of the mount that keep the bar from slipping out.

Sturdy
Works well, good quality and very sturdy. I am always on the look out for organization in my home gym. Nothing kills the feeling, of working out, like a cluster of stuff all over the floor. "A place for everything and everything in its place".

Solid, affordable option
Solid option to free up some space in my home gym. Good quality and stable once fastened to the wall. It fits two bars, currently holding an olympic barbell and an EZ curl bar and they seem very stable and safe. Would purchase again if ever needed.

Holds up the weight
Looks good. Hold both my 20kg and 15 kg bar just fine. Wish it did come with rubber/plastic padding for the edges where the bar slides in. Hardware is sufficient.

Falsely advertised junk!
This product is falsely advertised. It does not fit an Olympic bar, or thinner bars, its wide enough to fit a pen! Its made from very weak, soft metal that bends easily and fails to hold 1kg. Based on older reviews, the quality and product appears to be completely different.

Useless
Flimsy junk. Doesn’t fit Olympic bar bell size. Not sure how this product got such good reviews. Definitely would not be able to hold the barbell anyway.
