Both the bottle and the box have clear instructions on how to use the oil for hair growth (with 2 options explained), for eyebrows and eyelashes, and for skin usage. Adding a eyebrow and eyelash applicator in the box definitely adds to the value of this. I'm currently using this for my hair at least 2-3 times a week, so time will tell if it works.
