I love garlic chili oil, but I also eat a lot of salads and nuts, so I wanted to find a dry fried substitute. I have tried every fried garlic chili crisp and even though this has the fewest ingredients it is the most flavorful and tasty. When I add this to roasted peanuts it tastes just like the adobo mani I used to get in the Philippines! Yes sometimes fried garlic is bitter, but that just makes it more addictive! You get so many phenomenal bites, then one slightly bitter one, so you have to eat more to compensate! I have gifted small bags of this to family and they’re obsessed. Even my mom who orders “0 stars” for spice loves this stuff.

That aside, tastiest crunchy snack I think I have ever had better than potato chips, it's not too spicy its perfect, it is from Asia so I would expect it to be spicy even at medium heat. The "bitter" taste other reviewers are mentioning is called garlic, which is what 40% of the ingredients? So yeah garlic sometimes has a bitter after taste. Can eat the whole bag as a snack, it's good on EVERYTHING just like the bag says I really wish it was cheaper though.

This is my new favorite topping for just about everything! The taste is a huge flavor boost to any dish, and it requires minimal effort to add (which is a plus because I am very lazy). The texture it adds improves my really simple dishes with a slight crunch too, which I also love. I always thought I had a low spice tolerance but the spice level on this was just in a sweet spot to where I could tell it was spicy, but I just wanted more and more of it cause it was so good! I think it's a good introductory level of spiciness, but they also make a mild spicy level version now too, which I'm definitely going to try! Thank you for making such a delicious topping!! 🤩

I thought it was a snack, no matter. Sometimes I like making beans & rice from scratch but my spice mix is always lacking. This really picks up the slack. It's tasty stuff.

I love this as a topping for my food, especially over rice, congee, and almost anything if you want to add a little bit of flavor and seasoning to your food. However, I do want to say that this is a little bit expensive for the quantity of the product but quality and wise it is amazing. However, it is not hard to make this at home yourself.
