Good product but hard to assemble.

He’s a well worth of money there is nothing worse than a lawn person slicing a tree which will always lead to a bug or fungus. It may be 20 years later, but it’s going to kill the tree eventually, so these are perfect. Easy to install even for a larger thing with a few zip ties

The tree guards have been installed and will wait for the results as time goes by. They seem to be sturdy. Installing them was easy. Material looks thick. The reason this product got 4 stars is because I got 2 right handed gloves…no left hand glove.

These are really nice, heavy duty protectors. They are flexible enough to encompass even very small trees securely. They are a little tricky to lock together at first, but you get the hang of it. I also like that you can use them in either direction. They are a great protector for very young trees when you coil them with the long sides going up and down around the tree. I also like the interlocking feature which can also be employed whether you are using them long side up the tree trunk or long side on the ground for larger trees. Using two, one on top of the other, provides extra insurance for my trees even when there is snow on the ground. Our bunnies still can't reach higher than the protectors and girdle my trees. Excellent design.

Tried these as protection after Deer ate the bark off of one of my apple trees during winter. So far so good as they were easy to install and appear to be doing the job while looking neater than many proposed homemade remedies. I like that I can expand them if needed too.
