So I followed the instructions on the box and used it with hot tea. For me, it gave the tea an off taste, almost like a beef flavor. And so, I've started using it with things that have a stronger flavor so I don't get any taste from it. And avoiding hot drinks with it.The collagen comes in individual packs which makes it easier to know how much to take. As far as dissolving, in my hot tea, it did dissolve but the tea had a different feel in the mouth than normal.Pricewise, well, if you need individually wrapped packs, this might be worth it, but there are other options that are cheaper.

This product has good high quality ingredients. I got this for my wife who is in her mid 30s and she thinks her hair is thinning. I think it looks good but she says it's thinning. I did some extra research on nutritional supplements for this type of thing. Basically skin, hair and nails utilize many of the same vitamins, minerals, collagen and peptides.This product has everything you can imagine.First, Biotin is a B vitamin that if deficient, can cause weak, brittle hair, so that's an easy one that everyone knows about. There's a huge amount of biotin in this but I think the collagen and peptides is the more important. Some of these peptides and amino acids are also involved in the structure of healthy skin, nails and skin. This is what this product has in high quality and abundance. My wife also had some hyper thyroid blood tests, which can also cause thinning hair, so I would look at that route too, if you're experiencing the same problems she has.She has been taking this now for 2 weeks, everyday. Both of us have noticed a slight difference in the thickness of her hair in the last few days. She also says it seems like less hair falls out when she's bathing, which she's happy about. I was actually surprised we noticed any difference in just 2 weeks. The product says it has no flavor but it does have a kind of powdery, mild chalky flavor. She doesn't like it in just water and mixes it with her pre workout before she workouts every morning and says it's not hardly noticeable that way.I'd say, so far so good. I want to echo others who have mentioned that this item came in a padded envelope and the main box was crushed. Fortunately, none of the packets were damaged so it's not the end of the world. For the price of this, you'd think it would be shipped better but that's not the manufacturer's fault.In this package you get 30 packets of high quality collagen for about 60 bucks (at the time of this writing). Before your eyes bug out, that's about the price line for a product like this where it is divided into individual packets for each serving. Also, high quality collagen supplements tend to be pricey. it just is. The fact is, if you want the benefits, it's unlikely you'll find a good one for cheap.I have been adding this to keto-friendly smoothies. It mixes in just fine and you likely won't notice a difference in taste. But you'll get the benefits of good quality collagen. It's a great addition to your supplement regimen.
