This is excellent. Black spot and marks all cleared, must wear gloves and I would recommend a mask as it does smell of chemicals. Worked quickly, easy to use and very happy.

It really does work! Yes its a bit expensive but so much less hassle than normal. We put it on our enamel slabs and brushed it in to the cracks too, so all the grouting was perfect afterwards as well. I think i used a bit too much on the first half of the patio as I don't think you need too much. By the time I had got to almost the next slab, this powerful liquid had started to work on the first one! We were worried about our grass and plants that are around the patio, but washed it off with clean water afterwards as directed, and they were fine.Have recommended this solution to lots of friends already.It’s probably one of the most expensive cleaners on the market but it is without doubt one of the best if you want light work. Just about to order more for our block paving and green shed!

I was sceptical about the Tube videos but my efforts to jet wash my patio were getting less & less effective so I bought 2 5ltr bottles and a pressure sprayer. It's been 2 weeks but so far the effect is remarkable.I think it works best when the worst staining has been jetwashed. I noticed it wasn't as effective on one patch that had net previously been jetted. My only issue is that it is quite expensive but it's definitely removing dark spots in recesses that the jet wash can't lift . My decking was getting damaged by the jetwash. This solution worked well but i need to redo some patched that were heavily soiled.

This stuff is great! I didn't jet wash my Indian sandstone slabs at all last year. So they had 2 years worth of grime on them and barely see any sun during autumn and winter, so get really bad. I jet washed them first and could then see they were covered in terrible black spots. I then put this stuff down and worked in a bit with a broom. I left it on longer than the 6-10 mins stated. You can literally see it working though as the minutes go by.I have a attached a before (but after initial jet washing) and after treatment collage of photos so you can see how bad they were. I did run out of the stuff, otherwise would have given it another application on the feint bits which are still visible. But the slabs still look way better than they have done for years. I've always avoided treating them as I have a pet, so didn't want something that just gets left on. I liked the idea that thos is washed away after treatment.Great stuff. Will be getting some more for next spring.

Just tried the product and found it to work fine, my steps look a lot cleaner after having the builders in plus all the algae has cleaned off, I have a large patio area and the 5 litre bottle didn't cover it so would need to get another bottle so quite expensive, there is a strong smell of bleach and where it has splashed the colour has gone, fortunately I had old clothes on, I think all in all the product would work well in a small area but having to scrub it afterwards with the broom to spread it then rinsing with the hose is a faff I can do without. I will the jet washer out again nearer the summer, it did clean very quickly though and as I used a weed spray it was easy to use.

Having seen several vidoes re this product, I was convinced it would be perfect for a valued customer of mine with a small patio - approx 50% suffering from blackspot.Unfortunately, despite following the instructions correctly, the results were VERY disappointing. Little to none of the blackspot was removed - despite brushing the product in as suggested. Some of the green alghea and none of the lichen spots have been cleaned. So . . . Thanks for wasting my money (as i couldnt charge my customer for the product) and Thanks for wasting a valuable Sunday morning - I wont be buying or recommending this product again

Amazing product. Just be careful, it's very bleachy. But the product makes a difference on the path in my garden.Strongly recommended.

I don’t often give reviews but seriously omg I can’t believe this stuff it is amazing. I have some old stone copings on a wall and wanted to clean them before re-laying the patio. Thought I’d have to replace them to be honest, then saw this and thought worth a try. Took a picture before and after and sprayed it on and left it for 10 mins initially scrubbed but no need you can see the results before washing off. It is a fantastic product would highly recommend.
