The tuning on this melodica is distinctly sharp - is there any way to change the pitch as it makes it impossible to play along with other instruments?

I don't think you can because it is factory set.

what is the range of keys in relation to middle C?

It has C5 which is the top note and the lowest note is the F2.

What is this Melodica tuned to? 440Mhz or 442 Mhz?

My guess would be 440 as it is in tune with my digital piano.
