Cheap, gets the job done
Install was easy and it came with all of the parts necessary. There are 3 settings on it but both low and high seem to be the same speed on my fan. Not sure why. Medium is the highest actual fan speed as far as rotations go. Probably just the old fan I'm trying to use it on and really, the "medium/actually high" setting is what I want the fan at anyways, so not a huge deal for me.

Works perfectly.
Easy installation. I installed this switch (center) for the outdoor ceiling fan on my back porch. The fan light is connected to a separate dimmer switch (on the right).

Ceiling fan control
Bought a house that had 2 ceiling fans that had controllers that were lost before we moved in. Had no way of adjusting the speed of the fan, just on and off and the speed was stuck on high. Put these on the switch and we now have three speeds. Took all about 10 minutes each. Very very happy.

Easy to Install, great price, thorough instructions
I am very happy that I purchased the Lurton FSQ-2FH-DK.The three speed control was easy to install and the directions are very thorough. (Note: I worked as an electrician’s assistant for a while and believe anyone can easily install the controls).I believe all in all it took about 7 minutes to install.The directions walk you through the process of removing the old switch and installing the new controls.One of the features I like the most about the controller is that it has wiring pre-installed in it which makes the installation easier because you don’t have to stretch or manipulate the existing wiring everywhere in the box.I’ve installed others in the past that made it difficult to install and required adding another 6” of wiring to each connection in order for everything to fit properly.I literally removed the old switch, wired them together, tucked the wires in easily and neatly, and tested the light.I set the fan switch itself to Hi at the fan which allows me to control the speeds correctly at the wall.The control comes with two colored knobs, wire nuts and mounting screws. You don’t need anything else. The switch was easily installed in a 3-gang box behind a 3-gang switch wall plate. It did not require replacing the wall plate.The control has Off, Hi, Med, Low, Off on it.I recommend the Lutron FSQ-2FH-DK.

Worked great. Quieted my noisy fan.
My ceiling fan in our living room had a loud hum. Builder had installed a standard light dimmer switch to control speed. Replaced with this switch and fan runs very quiet now.

Quietly controls ceiling fan
Installed easily and controls a ceiling fan that came with a remote. Just wire this to the motor wire instead of the antenna and voila - three speed control without an ugly remote control on the wall or even worse, a lost remote!

The device works okay but I found that the slow speed is very slow and the medium speed is a bit too fast. No adjustments available.
