I normally use Apple products but I purchased this because it has a longer distance and it’s weatherproof works well easy to set up

Bought four of these, one never activated at all so it was returned and refunded.Positives: The three that did work okay have been excellent, working with either the eufy app or Apple's own Find My system. They can also of course be used to locate your missing phone too, so handy reverse usage. Battery life seems to be excellent too.Negatives (hence 4-stars): The QR code on the back of the cases wears away almost immediately when in general use, especially on a key ring, so a waste of time and unusable. Also triggering false alarms with accidental button press 'pocket dial' scenarios is fairly common, even when the setting to minimise this is enabled.So, a really good budget alternative to Apple Airtags, but as if with anything, compromises in quality have to be made if you want things cheaper.

This is a Which? recommended product. Easy to set up and it works. Has its own App and also works on Apple's Find My.

For anyone in the EUFY ecosystem you may think oh perfect a reasonably priced tracker that works with the eufy app and even with Apple FindMy network but unfortunately that’s where the good news ends!The trackers constantly disconnect and Eufy’s response is to reset the tracker buy clicking 5 times and holding the button till a tune is played. That’s all very well if it was a one off but I have had 5 of these trackers and over a 18 month period they all take it in turns to randomly disconnect, I’d say probably at least 2 a month but never the same ones.I’ve finally had enough of them, what is the point of having a tracker that you constantly have to check if it is still connected, Luckily I’ve not yet been I a situation where I have lost say a set of keys but I’m sure if I had you could almost guarantee that tracker would be offline!Eufy refuses to provide any refunds as they are now out of warranty along with no solution to the issue.

A cheaper tag than Apple’s and works as well if not better

To begin with I was super impressed, they were easy to set up, work perfectly and seem a bargain. I bought another too. One successfully showed me my bag was left in a stopover airport. A few months later they all randomly stop working and will not always add back on if I try to remove and re attach them. It’s a shame as they would be great if a bit more reliable.
