They do what they're supposed to do but this is my first time using anything like this and my whipped cream is bitter and I don't know if it's because of these or not. No matter what I do it's got a bitter aftertaste. Whipping cream and powdered sugar only. Nothing to give an aftertaste.

They do what they are supposed to do. I've only used one so far, so can't attest to consistent quality. Note: some people have complained about horrible taste in their soda water. I suppose it's possible for cartridges to be contaminated. But I want to point out to those who don't know: carbonated (soda) water is HORRIBLY BITTER by itself. That's why it's added to heavily sweetened syrups to make carbonated beverages. (It beats me why anyone would add it to whipped cream or Scotch, but I never tried either, so what do I know? LOL)

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FOR FOOD. I have made homemade whipped cream for over a decade. We bought these and there is a very distinct bright metallic taste when they are used. I tried several times with different canisters and even the ingredients. I tasted the ingredients alone, and mixed before using the CO2. THERE IS SOMETHING IN THESE DUE TO MANUFACTURING OR LOW QUALITY CREATION. Do not use or buy if you plan to use them for food or any consumable. I am throwing them away.

I was very happy with the cartridges. They fit perfectly in my Soda Pop device. I did not notice any aftertaste in my drink, so I would definitely order them again.

Be sure to understand that these are not for making whipped cream. Tese are for soda only.

I got these for an old ISI Twist and Sparkle I got years ago and ran out of cO2 cartridges. These work like a charm; I just wish they weren't so expensive at a dollar a piece.
