I want to use this outdoors to slam against brick walls so is it durable. ?

Hi Angus, i use this to practice cricket bowling. To bowl a much heavier (3-4 times) the weight of a cricket ball. It doesn't slam into a wall but a hard mat on concrete. They are quite small but bigger than a tennis ball, about twice the size. They seem to be lasting well, they do land very hard on the mat but do move forward and are not stopped. But they seem durable. Hope this helps.

Do these balls bounce?

Yes they do, but make sure you use a mat otherwise the Ball will burst after 3 month of heavy smashing, watch the video here. I am not sure if you are a trainer but if you reasonable you can extend the lifespan of a ball easy.
