I stacked this with animal test to get my libido back. 2 weeks and I was good to go. Good pumps in the gym too.

I brought this believing it was a liquid pill and not a powdered pill. I take Animal Test which also has Arachidonic Acid, and there pills are liquid. I feel the extreme DOMS when I take the Animal Test. I feel nothing taking these. Ineffective at best. There is no value for the money here because these pills are worthless.

I noticed it worked effectively for my muscle and energy.
