This oil is my secret to healthy, youthful skin as a woman in late perimenopause! I found it looking for an alternative to estrogen face creams of which I tried a few but did not like the smell or absorption factor of. The ingredients list for this is so simple and exactly what I need. Estriol is the weakest of the estrogens which makes it great to see effects on the skin applied topically and won’t affect your systemic estrogen levels, so it’s good to use as skincare. MCT Oil is great for the skin too. I also take prescribed Estradiol which helps with the systemic issues of declining estrogen in perimenopause, but had been using this oil for 6 months before I started HRT and already saw the effects on this my skin. I have been using it nightly for about 9 months and it is truly the key to keeping my skin from having wrinkles, crepeiness, and sagging as well as keeping it moisturized and even glowing. I feel like it has increased the collagen levels because it feels “bouncy”. I love the feeling of my skin when I wake up in the morning, so soft! In combination with daily facial exercises it has helped the skin on my jawline become taught as I work on getting rid of my double chin and neck wattle with weight loss. This oil rolls back the clock! I feel like my skin is better now than it was in my 30s. I use about half a dropper for my whole face and neck and back of both hands in the oils step when I do my nightly skincare: double cleanse, toner, serums, oils, moisturizer and mask. I also use a tiny bit for any pimples or skin abrasions. It helps them heal faster. And it is great for healing dry lips in the winter! This Estriol oil is the best thing for my aging skin and I plan to use it indefinitely. I highly recommend it!

Literally - this saved my body. I have always been the top few percent of healthy eaters - but I had been packing on the pounds incrementally. The more I exercised - almost the worse it got. Cortisol had taken over and nothing I did helped. Then the restless nights came. Then the muscle aches. Finally I happened to watch a video about how estrogen potentially could help hip pain which was just starting to happen to me- so it was time to do something. I had always been estrogen sensitive throughout my life so I was terrified as to what would happen if I took it. I chose this brand and this form because of NO chemicals NO preservatives or additives and expected little results. But the first night I slept well - and then the other benefits slowly started to happen. I am finally getting my waist back, the edema that was everywhere is disappearing, and my favorite clothes are just starting to fit me again. I'm sure when I've used this for six or so months I'll be back into more clothes. Run don't walk if you are in menopause- because this was literally my miracle substance.

I don’t know anything about where my hormones are at, but I am menopausal, 2years in, after using it in small amounts my boobs hurt like they used to before a period. I had a day of cramping and dark discharge! What the heck! I quit using it only because of that. I recommend using it if you know where your hormones are at. I’ll stick to just the progesterone cream!!

Ingredients look good, but I have not used yet I am scared. The literature included recommendation list, plus avoidance list is overwhelming. How can you avoid all of these products/plant foods etc.? Do yourself a favor. request that info before buying. You may be throwing your money away.

Ok a lot of people get distracted by the pamphlet that comes with the product and admittedly it’s a poorly designed information dump (it’s too much information in too small a font and horribly formatted….attention product owner, I’d be happy to help you redesign this product literature for free) BUT THE PRODUCT itself is GREAT. It’s all natural with no extra ingredients which I really appreciate. So many estrogen creams have other things that I do not want. For me it has been very effective. And it has improved my SLEEP QUALITY very noticeably. I have only been on it one month and will update this review as time passes. So, I can say, try it if you like all natural ingredients and you can ignore the product information insert, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This product really helps me get through, until I can get my troches hormones refilled. Just use a tiny bit, for hot flashes!

I really love the simple, pure ingredients in this Estriolle product. Nothing harmful, nothing unnecessary is added. Works like a charm too!
