Are the pins at the end of the charder centered? I need offset for my MX650

Great question. Our heavy duty 36v 1.5a battery charger with XLR 3 prong metal connector is a perfect match for the Razor MX650 Dirt Rocket electric bike. The XLR charging port has 3 male connectors in a triangular pattern. The Razor MX500 and MX650 both run on 36 volt batteries with XLR charging ports, and this charger performs identically to the factory original charger. Thank you!

Why does the green light indicating "fully charged" light up the minute it is plugged into the wall? This seems abnormal. Not even plugged into bike.

Great question. Our 36V 1.5A Battery Charger with XLR charging connector when plugged into a wall outlet will illuminate a GREEN light on the LED. When you plug in your product, example - Razor MX500, 36V Electric Scooter, or a 36 volt Pride Mobility scooter the light will turn RED which means the battery is charging. If the light remains GREEN when plugged into a 36v battery, that battery pack is either fully charged, or will no longer take a charge (and likely needs to be replaced). Thank you!
