When other people wear these sometimes they put the magnets on the cartilage this will hurt if you do that. Make sure it is on the actual septum so you don't feel anything. Amazing product really good magnetism easy to change ends to spikes.

I like the look of it, but it is mostly uncomfortable and it’s a bit wonky most of the time when I put it in my nose but over all I say 4/5

These are really cool! Easy to apply! Look so real however if your going to wear them for a prolonged time I’d take them out every couple of hours as they leave your nose in sooo much pain you might as well get the real thing! The pressure it causes because of the magnets does feel painful when removed! If the pain thing didn’t happen I would have rated higher!

They don’t sit properly and you can tell they are fake. A waste of money
