見た目がおしゃれなだけじゃない。水出しコーヒーがかなり手軽になった
自宅で水出しコーヒーを作りたくて購入しました。 最初はデザイン重視で選びましたが、実際かなり使いやすいです。ワインボトルのような見た目なので、冷蔵庫に入っていても生活感が出にくく、そのまま食卓に出しやすいのが気に入っています。 使い方もシンプルで、ストレーナーにコーヒー粉を入れて水を注ぐだけ。夜に仕込んでおけば、朝にはまろやかなアイスコーヒーが完成しています。 特に良かったのは、雑味が少なくスッキリした味になることです。水出し特有の柔らかい口当たりで、暑い時期はかなり飲みやすいと感じました。 細かいメッシュフィルターなので粉漏れも少なく、後片付けも比較的ラクです。ガラス製ですが、思ったより扱いづらさはありませんでした。 650mlなので、一人〜二人暮らしにはちょうど良いサイズ感だと思います。冷蔵庫のドアポケットにも収まりやすく、省スペースなのも便利でした。 気になった点としては、抽出に時間がかかるので「すぐ飲みたい人」には向かないかもしれません。また、細挽き粉だとフィルター掃除が少し手間に感じました。 とはいえ、「カフェっぽい雰囲気を楽しみたい」「自宅で手軽に水出しコーヒーを作りたい」という人にはかなり満足度が高い商品だと思います。

great purchase
This cold brew bottle makes making cold brew a breeze! The mesh is really fine such that even very fine grinds don’t seep through. One prep overnight gives me 3 servings of coffee. Very convenient!

Better than the Mizudashi
This cold brew maker by Hario is better than the Mizudashi, which has a spout. I like how the contents doesn’t get exposed to anything because you can deal the container properly. I replaced the Mizudashi with this one.

Product feels great. Soft silicone lid and a quality feeling glass bottle. Strainer has been working well ona fine grind coffee. Eady to clean as well which is very important. Overall very happy with the product
