Tangled
Watch your prints very closely, after I printed 4 parts the spool was badly tangled and ruined the print. The rest of the spool appears to be badly wound.

faulty device
Purchased polysmooth polysheer polisher in Sept last year. Used once and now the lid does not open/function correctly. There appears to be no support for this device. wasted investment. will not shop with polymaker again.

Im not sure how common this is
I’ve printed with this spool for about a month and its now starting to get tangled causing it to not feed which then wastes product and time. It was an 11 hour print and i babysat it on the 3rd attempt till it had 5 hours left and when i woke up it looked like it tangled shortly after i stopped watching it 😞 so much time wasted

It is better than you think!
I don't understand why everyone is saying this is poor-quality material, it is insanely good!, and looks like a resin print even hiding the imperfections.I recommend it at 200% percent!

This product is amazing and if done correctly you can get really decent results.
