After trying and spending money on several pillows over the years, this is the first one that has truly worked for me. What makes this pillow stand out is the adjustable fill. Being able to customize the height and firmness made a huge difference in finding the right level of support for my neck and shoulders. The crescent shape is also very comfortable and helps keep my head and neck properly aligned while sleeping. Since using this pillow, I have noticed a significant improvement in comfort, especially around my neck. It provides support without feeling too firm or too soft, and it maintains its shape well throughout the night. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the pillow feels durable and well made. I have found the perfect pillow for me! I love this pillow. The crescent shape works perfectly to accommodate my shoulders so I'm not constantly scrunching my pillow to fit me. I had tried a cheap version of this type of pillow & it was close to being good, but didn't quite fit the bill. It was constructed in such a way it still would flatten out on me during the night causing my neck to be at an awkward angle & giving me headaches. The Coop crescent is gusseted along the curved edge so that it doesn't flatten out. The filling in the Coop original is amazingly soft & lofty, yet somehow it is very supportive. It came with an extra bag of filling & I had to use it all to make it a good fit for me. Actually, I had to purchase an additional bag of the filling & have used half of it as well, but I have found the perfect amount to keep my head level at night. I don't wake up with headaches anymore & the shoulder pain I have been battling of about a year now is much improved. I will say that the original pillowcase that came with it is VERY hot. I ordered the cooling pillowcase that has a cool side and a cozy side and the cool side works great. It will heat up some as you lay in one place, but when you move your head it cools down again quickly. I had also ordered the Coop Cool & Crescent pillow that has cooling gel fill in it to see if it was significantly cooler. I didn't find that the pillow itself was cooler, but the case that comes on it is very cool (on both sides). That case is a bit slick though and I found the pillow wanted to slide around a little. Not a deal breaker though - it would be great for summer. The Coop cool pillow wasn't quite as comfortable for me though. I found the filling to be even softer than the original and slightly less supportive (I did use all of the extra filling that came with it but did not order more which might have eliminated the problem). I gave that pillow to my son and he is very happy with it. Both are excellent pillows well-made with high quality materials. They are fairly expensive, but I'm so grateful that I have finally found the Coop original pillow I've needed to help me sleep better and pain free, that it is worth the price. I would highly recommend it.

This pillow may be my holy grail pillow. Now anyone who spends $99 for a pillow definitely has sleep/neck/pillow issues. I have tried so many and after waking up with a headache and neck pain too many days in a row I decided to try this one. I am a side sleeper but I tend to sleep with my arm under my head- I also have narrow shoulders so any super dense pillow doesn’t work. This one has a zipper so you can remove as much filling as you want- it also comes with extra in case you need more. Now we get to the best part- the memory foam shreds are not like any I’ve had before (I guess the price point). These have no sharp edges (yes that’s a thing) almost no smell and they are tiny little memory foam shreds mixed with small bits of fluff strands. It is the nicest, softest filling ever. I bought the crescent shape- never had that before either. It comes with instructions on how to adjust pillow filling. Sleep is so important and so elusive sometimes- this was the best money I have ever spent on a pillow.

This is the first curved pillow I've ever tried and I love it. It is soft, comfortable and doesn't really get hot in the middle of the night. The shape fits and supports my neck and head well. I purchased this cover for it below which fits perfectly and feels great. If you need something more firm, it comes with plenty of extra filling, although it was just fine for me with the default amount. Highly recommended! I ordered the standard and the crescent-shaped pillows to compare. I ended up keeping the standard one because they are exactly the same size, the crescent is just cut out of it so it's smaller and you kind of have to keep your head in the middle. Otherwise, the adjustable filling is great. It's pretty sturdy and stays up so you may not need as much as you think. There is a strong smell which hasn't gone away yet (it's been about a week) but hopefully will soon. Beware, it does say free returns, but my return options were highly limited and I have to stuff it back in its box and drive 20 mins.

I never thought I’d become the kind of person who spends “serious adult money” on a pillow, but here we are. After going down a full-blown pillow research rabbit hole for my husband’s shoulder pain, I bought him the Coop pillow about a month ago. He loved it so much and as soon as I tried it I could feel why and ordered one for myself. First impression: surprisingly good. I tossed it in the dryer to fluff it up when it arrived, and unlike some memory foam products that smell like they were marinated in a chemical factory, this one had basically no odor. It did not come with a pillow case but a standard one worked fine. The best part is how customizable it is. It comes very full, so I’ll probably remove some filling to get my perfect level of support, but I actually love having that option. It also came with extra filling for more firm support. Out of the box It feels supportive without being stiff, soft without turning into a pancake, and somehow manages to cradle your head like it understands your emotional needs. Honestly, the first night sleeping on it felt like my old pillow had been gaslighting me for years. You just melt into it and drift off to sleep. My husband’s shoulder pain is better, I’m sleeping great, and now I fully understand why people get emotionally attached to pillows.

This pillow has great reviews and well I wish I could give it five stars, there was a couple of concerns that stopped me. First and foremost, the off gassing the pillow gives I tried to use it the first night, but the smell was unbearable and gave me a headache right away. I set the pillow off to the side and waited about 8 days and tried it again I did put a pillowcase on it to match my bed set and that’s where the second problem arises. I got a queen size pillow and put a queen size cover on it but with the curve It caused the cover to slide inward as I slept, revealing part of the pillow itself, during that time the offgassing continued, but was not as bad I could not sleep on my side due to the smell so I slept in my back, which is fine in itself, after more than another week the smell seem to go away. I was able to fully use the pillow minus the corner of it poking out of my pillowcase. I decided at that point to go find a matching king size pillowcase, and that seems to stop that issue. I washed the cover on the pillow as well, which helped the smell overall. I like the support it gives, but keep in mind there will be some offgassing for more than a week and you will have to purchase a larger pillowcase to cover a size bigger than a pillow you got. I’m happy with the support it gives and will keep it for that and now that the pillow case and smell is figured out I will continue to use it with the support it gives For support wise I say 5 stares but due to the smell and buying another pillow case I can’t give it that.

Reminds me of an old goose down feather pillow, where your able to fluff it up by hand or throw in the dryer. Like the ideal of adding or decreasing the foam filler for softness and support. Once my head is on the curve pillow I'm out, sleeping comfortably now throughout the night. No more tossing and turning or waking up with a sore neck and back! Instead I wake up feeling rejuvenated! Highly recommend Coop Home Goods pillows for those who have a hard time staying asleep.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this pillow. It’s unbelievable how a simple pillow could solve neck and shoulders pain of more than a year. I tried all sorts of physiotherapy but nothing was working until I just started to use this pillow. My shoulder pain is going away. My neck doesn’t feel stiff anymore and surprisingly quality of sleep improved. Can’t recommend this enough. I’ve ordered king size one and used the whole extra fillings which comes with the pillow and then magic happened. To the manufacturer of this magical pillow: dude. You saved me. 🥹

I am so picky with my pillow. I’m a side sleeper and go through pillows every few months which I hate because it seems wasteful! This pillow though seems like it will last. It’s great for a side sleeper because you can hug it without hurting your shoulder or neck. It stays cool and you can alter how much stuffing is inside to make it more or less firm. Loving it!

Finally found my pillow! It's so soft like a cloud, but it maintains its shape and height. It came flat so I just fluff it up by hand instead of putting it in the dryer to maintain its original shape. I washed the cover as well following the washing instructions, before sleeping on it. I didn't even have to add any of the additional memory foam that came with it. I might have to take some out just to align my neck better when sleeping on the side. But overall this is a great pillow. I highly recommend it.

I’ve always been bad at getting a good night sleep. I’m talking going to bed at 11 pm or later, and no naps since I was about 1 year old. Can’t sleep for more than 6 hours or I accidentally sleep for 12 and feel terrible, and usually can’t fall asleep in under an hour. That combined with some itchy eyes and realizing I needed to get rid of my down pillow, made me want to invest in one of these. It was worth it. Worth every penny. I will likely order a second. I fall asleep twice as fast, no more neck and shoulder pain. Sleep well, wake up well. Genuinely life changing. I get up earlier than my partner for work, and I think his favourite part of the day is when he gets to take the pillow for the hour he gets to stay in bed. I have recommended this pillow to everyone in my life. If you are debating buying it, do it right now, you won’t regret it.
