Absolute beast of a reel, this is a very big reel with a massive line capacity ideal for skate sharks and tuna

Great reel carry a lot of line, classy and strong enough to catch monisters, light weight I liked it too much, price also is good and affordable.

I give it 2 stars because it has 2 gears. The top gear is very stiff It has a peculiar design fault, common to all Penn reels, there is no line feeder to spread the line across the reel, as a result the line becomes bunched up in one corner or the other, of the reel, instead of being distributed evenly along the drum. I had to pay for the postage for returning it but received no refund so lost on the cost of the item as well as the postage

I’ve been really impressed with Reaction Tackle braided line. It offers excellent strength and durability, holding up well even in heavy cover and around structure. The sensitivity is outstanding—you can feel even the slightest bites, which has definitely helped improve my hook-up ratio. Casting is smooth and consistent, with minimal fraying or color fading over time compared to other brands I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a high-quality braid at a great value, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to both beginners and experienced anglers.

I fish Marlin with lots of big game reels and this reel is excellent for the price
