If you are a property manager, this is the ladder
I wrote the Little Giant company directly asking for a ladder with parameters I needed (collapses to about 4ft, weighs less than my Werner -good product just smokes your arms due to weight-, and could have me reach smoke alarms in vaulted ceilings. They regrettably replied they didn't have anything. Still, I thought they didn't know or understand the role and found this ladder and thought I had nothing to lose as it would fit nicely in my F150. Got it and am pleased to no end. Weighs only about 30lbs (my werner is 55lbs) and I can easily reach smoke alarms of vaulted ceilings in A-frame structure and easily carry it upstairs after a long day. Definitely a hefty pricetag but worth it after a few years of my old ladder wearing me out. Also, rachets and locks are slightly easier to use but may be that it is a new ladder. No wobbles, feels solid.

Sturdy ladder
Used for painting vaulted ceilings and worked great. Also for cleaning out gutters and for reaching high spots around the house. Highly recommend!

Great Vendor, great product!
This ladder is excellent, and the vendor was fantastic. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong length ladder for my needs, but was thoroughly impressed with the ladder quality when I received it. The return of the ladder (again, my fault) was made easy by the seller. I’d recommend the product and seller, wholeheartedly.
