My heels crack very badly in the winter. I have salves that help, but keeping the salve in contact with my heels is hard. With these heel guards, at night before bed I put the salve on my heels then put these on and take them off in the morning. They are a bit tight but not intolerable. I wear a 12 [US] 6e shoe for context! In about a week or two my heels are healed and supple. I also tried some of the silicon version of the heel guard which lasted one day before splitting in two [a waste of money]. These neoprene ones are durable and keep the salve on my feet where it needs to be.

These are tighter than I thought they would be (womens size 7 foot)....with that said, they also saved my foot when I got a deep crack in my heel that started bleeding. I was able to keep the moisture on my heel and it helped the crack heal in a weeks time. I'm am extremely grateful even if they were tight on my foot. It would be a lot better if it had a tiny bit more stretch to it. The padding is light, it's not the same as the gel padding kind.

These only come in one size. They are so small and will only fit my 10 year granddaughter. She wears a girls size 4.

These are AMAZING. They provide support and help to minimize pain when my plantar fasciitis is acting up. They fit easily under socks and in shoes without adding additional bulk. And you get 2 sets which is a great value. Highly recommend.

I work in landscape maintenance business so I'm walking a lot with my work boots. These things are fantastic. Only thing is the you should put these OVER you socks. DO NOT put this on before you put your socks on to wear it for the day. At least for my experience when I put these things on I would get blisters over time on my foot because it was tight against my skin and it wasn't comfortable. Some time later I found out that if I put these heel guards AFTER I put my socks on then it was a massive comfortable difference. So just a heads up for whoever buys them for the first time. I mean do whatever preference you like to do. But for me, putting these heel guards on after you put your socks on is much safer because these things are tight on your skin. Just my opinion.

The heel part of this product is fine and the quality of the material is very good. However, the fit is much too tight. I would pay more to have a product with Velcro straps, so that the fit can be adjusted. I am not a large woman, yet the fit was much too tight for me. Quality and idea are fine, the fit would make me not recommend this except for a child.

For many years I’ve been on a rigorous distance running and heavy rucking regimen. I developed plantar fasciitis which I ignored and continued to work through for about a year before I started to experience fat pad syndrome in the same foot. It was so severe I could hardly put pressure on it. This product provided INSTANT relief to my heel pad and appears to be speeding up the recovery. I’d highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with heal pain from heel pad syndrome.

I have horrible feet. I've had bunioun surgeries, plantar fasciitis, a mortons neuroma, achilles tendonitis, and I have flat, wide feet. HOWEVER these pads have been such a help. I love them!! I wear them everyday. I wear them under my socks and I forget they are on. I feel so lucky to have found them while browsing on Amazon about anything that would ease my foot problems. I purchased a heel cup to wear with it for more stability, but I don't really need it with these heel guards. If I could give it ten stars I would. If you have foot issues, give them a try. I highly recommend them.

El producto es excelente calidad pero es muy chico a mi me quedó un poco apretado pero le hice unos estiramiento con la mano y la adapté y estiro un poco ..pero una persona con pies anchos no le va a servir

These are quite tight, and I'd have preferred the part that goes over the top of the foot to have a fastener that could be adjusted. However, they do give good support and heel protection.

Mire las reseñas y decidí darle una oportunidad y quede encantada después de usarlos jamás volví a sentir esa incomodidad no la piensen dos veces son muy buenos!
