This is my second most favorite multi after Animal Pak, which sets the bar pretty high. This one has almost everything you need (plus a bunch of weird stuff that was in fashion when the formula was first devised). It even has boron and copper, how cool is that?!There are some notable gaps though... Where's iodine?! Strontium? Selenium?... Why vitamin C is so low while A is so high?...

Good profile on the ingredients. Affordable price too. Take with food of course. No sickness this winter, I’d like to think this helped!

These r good vitamins, I lift weights, but they are too big and the dosage is 3!!! It’s crazy they stick in my esophagus and causing acid reflux or heart burn. I gave the bottle away today!!!

I'm not exactly sure why this multi-vitamin is so effective but it's my go-to where vitamins are concerned. I literally have to be careful to not take this too close to bedtime or else I may end up wide awake the entire night! Yeah, I dunno what ingredient is doing that but whatever it is, it's super effective, lol. This vitamin tastes great, does not hurt my stomach, gives me energy (lots of it), and is creating lots of problems for my wife (wink wink 😜). This thing works and I highly recommend it.
