Really helpful way to get some arch support. Needs to wear few times to help soften.

I suffer with flat feet which causes my leg and knee to hurt when i go to the gym. After using these i have noticed a massive difference, not as much pain when im working out! I have not given it the full 5 stars as they keep falling out of one of my shoes, not sure if its something to do with the material of my shoes as they seem to stay put in my other shoes. Overall would recommend!

I bought these arch support pads because I didn’t want the full foot type that make your shoes feel tighter. The pads are comfortable and do give your arches a bit of support but they don’t stick well which is annoying when you’re trying to slip your foot into your shoes.

Wow these little spongy rubber inserts have literally cured my plantar fasciitis in just over a week. Cannot recommend these enough. Thank you so much for almost curing my foot pain

Didn't work for me. Brought due to an injured foot and got no relieve. I will say it's probably not fair to blame the product as I still don't know what is exactly wrong with the foot so may have not been suitable for my needs. These are small gel clear pads which are fairly hard but not uncomfortable. You can see them if you use them in sandals but not in shoes. I used in both and they stick well to the shoes and do not move around. These are the sort of product which will work for some and not others so reviews will always be very mixed, sadly meaning they will be a trail and error product.

Nichts verrutscht, genial! Haften super, allerdings bin ich noch nicht damit raus. Das unterstützende Gefühl ist aber mega! Klebe ich mir auch in alle meine Ballerina, da komm ich immer ein bisschen holzig daher, ab jetzt… fast wie Turnschuhe.

Confortables, pratiques et d'excellentes qualité. J'ai les pieds plats, j'ai le ai mis en-dessous de semelles, pour soutenir la voute plantaire. Elles restent bien en place et maintien le pied en bonne position. Je recommande ce produit !

Las amo. Me salvan la vida. Es verdad que me gusta usarlas mas dentro de los calcetines que en el zapato, siento más sorporte. Pero esa soy yo. Además luego que se les va la pega o quitas el plástico se vuelven más inestables, pero es que no están diseñadas para usarlas como yo las uso entonces lo entiendo. Sin duda un gran apoyo
