I was pleasantly surprised with this vacuum cleaner. It is very powerful and looks great too. The quality and craftsmanship is brilliant - looks like an expensive piece of equipment. Given the affordable price, I was expecting a mediocre run-of-the-mill product, but this is so much more! Excellent product performance...I'm impressed and will not hesitate to highly recommend this product. I was especially touched by the little "Thank You" note from the owners. Well done, Empire!

Very unique and light weight vacuum cleaner, low noise and higher power. The metallic filter is absolutely advance feature and easy to clean with just pressing a small button. Handling is amazingly easy with 4 different options available - battery life is up 1 hours which is very good All and all well deserved 5 star rating! highly recommended

Works really well in my apartment with strong suction. My only complaints are that hair gets tangled in the brush easily. Still a solid vacuum and I’d recommend it!

First of all, thanks to the seller for the cute note -The vaccum us of high quality -The noise Is acceptable - The packaging was perfect - it is a bit heavy, but considering the quality it's worth it - suction power and lighting is perfect - battery charges separately which is very helpful - I would love to know what happens of the battery dies ? How to get a replacement? I would appreciate if the seller can give me an idea about this including the battery price. PS: I have purchased 3 cordless vaccums including big brands, but this one seems to be a keeper.

Bought this 4 months ago and suction power has greatly reduced. Absol loved it when I first bought it, very unfortunate.

Fantastic! I love this cordless cleaner. Battery lasts just enough 15-20 minutes but suction is fab until it runs out completely. I have wooden floors with rugs, vinyl and carpets. Works well on all surfaces. Needs the highest setting for carpets but works well. Would not recommend for deep pile rugs or deep carpets as struggles. I absolutely love this cleaner and highly recommend.

OK, you need to understand one thing. This ain't no Dyson. As an owner of three or four high-end Dysons, I can easily compare the two brands, as long as your expectations are realistic, I think you'll be really happy with this product. It is, in some cases, maybe 1/10th the price of my most expensive Dysons and I would say it does more than 75 percent of the job. Honestly, I was surprised by its performance. It's very good. My budget pick for the best low-end unit would still be twice as much because it's not sold locally and Amazon US ships it. So, at the end of the day, you're much better off with this unit. It works equally well on hard floors and carpets. And judging by the amount of carpet fibers that end up in it, it does an amazing job. Having said that, you do get what you pay for, the body is very basic plastic, and overall the vacuum feels a bit flimsy. Just remember that this is very inexpensive. It's less than the cost of a meal at P. F. Chang's so you shouldn't complain, really. Overall, an excellent value. However, this review is just after a week of usage outside of the Middle East. Time will tell how long this will last. Will adjust the review accordingly.

I've only used it a couple of times but what I've seen I'm very impressed, this is the very first cordless hoover I've brought and no regrets.

At first I was happy to see the little thank you card from the owner. In the first 10 days it was OK, but later problems started.. The charge does not hold as advertised, after 3-4 minutes the vacuum stops and only the front roller keeps running. Worst of all, when the vacuum stops all dust comes back out on the floor. I am very disappointed and most probably I will have to buy a Dyson. The price was low so we bought this with hesitation and it is unfortunately money thrown away. I cannot recommend.
