These are really cool. I was remodeling my dollhouse and thought it would be cool to put a bookshelf in. So when I found these little books they were perfect. They actually have a lot of detail.

Oh how I adore these. They are great for a little diorama or dollhouse. Realistic.

These ARE not 1:12 scale. They are larger…more play doll size 1/6 scale). Don’t bug if you want them for 1:12 scale use. It’s too bad because they are nicely made and good book title selection. I’m keeping because I have other uses but can’t use in favorite scale.

Books with actual titles and back covers! Used them to decorate a cake for book club.

Perfect size for decorating a cake. The only ones I saw before were very tiny.

Love these mini books. They actually have paper pages. Most of the mini books sold on line have a piece of thin plastic with a little paper cover.

I bought these as part of an elaborate prank I instigated at a library I deliver books to, we're in I kept leaving little piles of books at somebody's desk and then finally dropped off a couple of dollhouse bookshelves. The "victim" of my prank absolutely love them (even though she is still has no idea who the book donor is 😁); and, I have to admit it was really hard to give them up because they're so darn cute and beautiful. Highly recommended!

Pros: Good scale for Barbie & similar 10-12 inch doll decor. Covers are exact reproductions of real books. There's adequate variety among the titles. Cons: There are no pages, not even blank ones. The books can't be held open by a doll in a diorama scene. The covers are simply glued around a small rectangle of white foamboard/particulate wood/plastic(?). Corners are often peeling away. The titles themselves are a mix of the standard classics (Sherlock Holmes, etc.) and very obscure titles; for example, mine came with 5 volumes of German poetry. Nothing against German poetry. This may even be a plus for some. But not very helpful for creating a realistic mini library in the U.S. The print is so tiny on most covers that I couldn't make out titles and authors without a magnifying glass, which makes it hard to organize. Finally, the packaging seemed wasteful. Each of the 25 books was placed in its own little plastic ziploc bag, then collected in a larger ziploc. So much plastic. Why not stack in a small cardboard box?
