The listing was for a paperback so I was thrilled when a hardback book turned up. Probably the main difference is that this copy does not have a dust jacket. There are 7 illustrators who have worked on the book and their styles are all different but equally lovely. I think it is perfect for Harry Potter fans of all ages as there is so much to look at and enjoy.and there are plenty of facts that I did not know. Recommended and a perfect addition to our collection.

I can’t praise this book enough I got it for my grandson for Xmas he mad on harry potter I thought not another story book but to my surprise it was so educational there was maps told you about every creature that been in every Harry Potter film,book what they ate when they were alive there were mazes all about the history of the school and so much more I was so impressed with it . It was not a story book at all . I know it was expensive but worth every penny and he loved it

Really good book, got it half price but I’d of happily paid full for it. Got lots of info on each page and some of the pages fold out My 7 year old has read it a few times

Fantastic book. I was initially put off by the price however eventually decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. It’s for my daughter’s 9th birthday and the illustrations are beautiful, the book is nicely weighted and the pages feel good quality. It’s a really unique way to capture the Wizarding world and something I’m sure will be cherished for years to come!
