Why does it say strengthen, grow and restore but on the container it does not say grow? i have seen the product with the word grow on the container.

The one that says strengthen,grow and restore is an older version which previously had biotin which is a hair growing vitamin. Their latest release features apple cider vinegar instead, which is a great cleanser. That explains why the word growth has been removed.
