All connectors are missing from the package
I ordered this because I previously used the rain harvest clean ultra system for a few years, which I liked initially, but the system requires me to replace the fiber washers every year, otherwisand these washers are not cheap. So I decided to give up the first flush option, but use the head from the rain harvest clean ultra and this diverter together. Here are some issues I've encountered:The rain harvest rain head does not fit the diverter, need to purchase some PVC connection parts from hardware store. Even so, the connection was not watertight, rain water can leak everywhere. The package only came with one piece of the quick-connect adaptor, which was already screwed on the output; all other blue adapters shown in the picture were not in the package. So I asked for a replacement. Unfortunately no adapters were found in the replacement package either.

Clever design and easy to install
The design of this devise, coming from Australia, is clever and easy to maintain. Installation is a breeze: cut your 3” down pipe and insert the provided sleeve, the install the diverter. I’m using the screw-in included attachment with 1” PVC hardware. It also comes with attachments for quick release fitting, regular hose and 3/4” fitting.Leaves are discharged automatically through the ingenious filter design, not needing much maintenance. Here in Puerto Rico, been an island, water is a precious commodity. Highly recommended product.

Design Flaw
This looks like a nice unit, but there's a big design flaw. The diverter spout points down, which means when something like a rain barrel gets full, the excess water coming down the drain pipe will have to be diverted from the barrel, and that could be a lot of water. Having a overflow on the barrel doesn't solve the problem, and running out during a heavy rain to switch it over is ridiculous.Fiskers used to make an excellent diverter witch had a straight line from the downspout to the barrel, which meant that once high enough, the water would not be allowed to flow in anymore. Too bad Fisker's dropped this product. Fits well, works well ... captures leaves before in the barrell
This was easy to install. We've been getting a lot of rain lately so the overflow valve has been kicked into play a lot but this diverter has captured a full 55 gallon barrel in a few hours.Leaves are definitely captured in the filter basket and I love the on/off switch on this. I've no leaks at all and so far very happy with this Rain Harvesting Downspout Diverter!I'll update the review if I experience any problems down the road.
