I see these are Japan design, but where are they manufactured?

On the knife is stamped Japan doesn't say made in Japan so I'm not sure but they are wonderful knives very sharp I've gotten quite a few and I love them all I even gotten some for my son who cooks a lot and he really enjoys them too I have already purchased many for Christmas gifts it's a must try

Why are they called Huusk Japan when the company making these in China?

I know right! Maybe because it is in the "style" of Huusk Japan knives. It's ok for a cooking knife and better as a camping cooking knife. Using it is like a cleaver rather than a carving knife.
