AWESOME! Perfect for GTA 5 boosting. I have an i7 laptop from ASUS and had 8GB RAM DDR3 with only 800MHz... and had only 18-25FPS all on Very High and now with 1866MHz I have constantly 50-55FPS sometimes 65 when I am in forest or such areas. Recommended!

Added it in to the empty slot and rebooted - took a minute to start up the disks - I imagine it does a RAM check at start-up. The info center now displays Total Physical Memory 12GB. I had tried using slower memory I had spare but with no success so I can confirm that the memory must be fast enough or else Synology will stay flashing its blue light when you reboot. This memory works fine. This is a very easy update - just remove all the drives and the memory slot is easily accessible.

Years ago, when I needed memory to upgrade or repair my desktops or laptops I'd buy direct from Crucial. Late yesterday afternoon, i chose my memory and to my surprise, i was redirected to Amazon. The memory arrived this morning and is now safely esconced in my laptop and it no longer suffers from Alzheimer's! It was easy to fit, very reasonably priced, (I paid more than this for a 1Gb memory module to enhance a netbook running XP on 500Mb of memory years ago), and I am a very happy bunny. Didn't NEED 16GB over 8GB of RAM, but good to have ;) Problem getting laptop to recognise both Crucial RAM sticks was NOT their fault ... any dirt/deposits/corrosion in the numerous 'grooves' on the laptop (that were not all shiny and copper coloured), proved problematic. Somewhat more aggressive cleaning/scouring was eventually successful :)

Plug and play RAM to upgrade my tiring PC. I have an old PC although it has intel i7 processor - older generation, it only had 6gb of RAM and normal hard disk. I ugraded the RAM to 16Gb and switched out the hard disk for a micron solid state drive (SSD). Now my PC is superfast, starts up in seconds instead of minutes.

Bought this extra Ram to speed up my iMac. Works like a charm and is easy to install. My iMac is the 2017 model.

La memoria llega en un blister facil de abrir. No tuve ningun problema, la instalé y funcionó correctamente. Cabe señalar que la instalé en una HP Folio 13 y esta memoria esta sobrada ya que funciona a 1866MHz, y la laptop hace downgrade a 1333MHz. Aun con ello no he tenido problemas. Totalmente recomendada para este modelo y marca de laptop

No puedo valorar temas técnicos porque no me he puesto con ello y porque la compré para aumentar la memoria de mi NAS Synology DS-918+ La instalación fue sencilla, como cualquier otra pastilla de memoria. El funcionamiento con el NAS ha sido perfecto...ahora tengo 12 GByte de RAM en el NAS.

Der Speicher sollte bei mir eine Synology DS218+ um etwas Speicher erweitern. Genau das hat er getan: einstecken, NAS wieder hochfahren, sofort erkannt und problemlos. Läuft jetzt seit mehreren Monaten. Wenn nur alles so einfach wäre.
