I purchased this item about 6 weeks ago. Installed about 3 weeks ago. By the first rain, it has drooped on two sides and collected every once of rain water it could take. This is the fourth time in three weeks it has rained and these pictures are the result of every time. It is the right measurements, I made sure prior to purchasing. At first, it fit just right but apparently is not equipped to handle any type of weather. I would like a full reimbursement of what I paid, the insurance I paid for it and honestly, should not expected to return the item if I am charged shipping and handling.

The product came in completley ripped didn’t realize it till it already was installed. And now I have to remove it and send it back. Such a hassle for something that is going in the garbage

I'm not even sure this is worthy of replacing my aging cover because the material is not nearly as thick, or strong as the original. There are several seams that have very sloppy stitching with look threads and strings hanging out. As others have noted, necessary straps are missing and there is nothing included to fix this so you would need to add "tarp" clips or break out the needle and thread to add them. I don't expect much from this product and don't expect it to last much more than a season or two.

The rain did not come through the canopy. The top vent ties onto the larger canopy. It also has a screened vent attached. I put this canopy on a different gazebo. The corners and sides lined up very well. It is not perfect, my canopy is no longer available. The material is heavy -duty with quality stitching.

I have the Lowes 10x12 backyard gazebo purchased in 2019. I find I usually get 2 years out of a canopy top before the sun turns it to dust. Well, almost two years. A windstorm took out my most recent one a few weeks ago. My last replacement was one I ordered directly from Lowes. It was an Allen-Roth, supposedly a direct replacement. I was never happy with it. It was far looser, and poorer fitting than the original so forgive me if I was skeptical about this one from Amazon. I'll be honest, the only reason I went this route is because Lowes didn't have any replacements in stock. Am I ever glad I did. This fit on this replacement is far superior to the Allen-Roth replacement. It feel more like the original top. It's very snug. I still use pool noodles in the corners to keep rain water from pooling. It seems to be an inherent design flaw of this gazebo. I've seen someone else here comment on their disappointment because of the water pooling. I don't think that is the fault of this cover. My original top did that from day one. My last top was even worse. This one seems to be on par with the original. 4-6 pool noodles tucked inside the corners and you're good to go. The quality seems to be decent. The stitching is even and the corners are reinforced. Best part? It's $60 cheaper than the sub-par replacement that Lowes sells. Buy this, you won't be disappointed.

I have had the Lowes Allen and Roth 12' by 10' gazebo for 3 years now. The model of my Gazebo is #510327. The top has seen better days and it needed to be replaced.The posting for this Gazebo states it only fits Gazebos #510327 and #355093 from 2012 to 2016. I am not sure why it says this since this model of Gazebo is still available even now in 2023 and the specs have not changed.This replacement canopy top is the same as the original canopy in both color and quality.It goes on the same way as the original top.I had no issues at all installing this other than the fact that it does go on tight. This however is the same as the original OEM canopy top.The color I ordered was Beige and it matches the color of the rest of the gazebo perfectly.I was happy to find this canopy top because Lowes is always out of these and they are more expensive.I do recommend this to anyone who needs to replace the canopy top on their Lowes Allen and Roth 10' by 12' gazebo.

Trust me we bought a red gazebo from a big box store and it was like having a tablecloth over your head when it rained and they didn't refund because it had been installed, another advantage when ordering from Amazon. All in all I am very satisfied with this canopy.

Out of the box, the material is solid. Not cheap or thin.Now, it may be because the original was older, but it was a much snugger fit that the old one we took off. Fits perfectly though and looks incredible!Best part is, the water resistance is wayyy better! No leaks pooling or drips!Awesome replacement! Highly recommended!
