Took these to northern Norway in January and were effective. you can wrap up as warm as you like but if your feet or hands are cold it is not enjoyable. With these I opened them up, gave them a shake (probably completely unnecessary) then put in my shoes ten mins before putting them on. Kept feet warm without getting hot and lasted for hours. Pity they are throw away after one use but that's just how they work

I got these to try and solve an issue with cold feet when cycling. I'm usually out for 2-4 hours and depending on the weather, either do or don't wear insulated cycling boots. For temperatures between 0 and say 7 degrees i have tried these to absolutely brilliant effect. Each pair comes in it's own wrapper and activates upon opening. I insert them for 5-10 minutes before wearing and the cycling shoes are nice and toasty when i put them on. The coldness i always get in my feet when cycling in temperatures such as this is non-existent when i wear these. My feet remain toasty and warm and equally as importantly, i no longer have to double up my socks - something which always contributes eventually to uncomfortable feet and footwear feeling too tight. A very worthwhile purchase. I will stock up on these for winter cycling and may also take a few packs to work. I'm a size 10 and these were a perfect fit.

I have to say these are very good. Open them up and I choose to leave them for a couple of minutes to get plenty of air before putting them in my shoes. Always warm on any day and they do last a very long time with consistent heat throughout the day. Now this is not a big issue but, after wearing them for some time in all my different footwear I find they ride up at the heel to a point where they can be seen over the back of the shoes which means they are not in place at the front to keep your toes warm. I'm wondering about using duct tape to keep them in place whilst walking.

Lovely warm feet for hours in very cold conditions

My partner and I run a stall at a farmers market and these are absolutely necessity on cold days, when we spend 6-7 hours outside in freezing London temperatures! They keep our feet warm for hours (though not sure they last 8..) I would most definitely recommend and always buy them when I run out!

Wow these are truly amazing, my feet are always freezing making me feel miserable, I purchased these as a last resort and have just put them in my slippers expecting nothing really. I can honestly say they are now toasty warm and I won’t be suffering any more…. So happy to recommend something that really does work x

Perfect for watching matches in the middle of winter. I put them in my boots about 5mins before I have to wear them, make sure they're nice and hot, if not give another minute or so. I was fed up of having numb feet after matches and this solved the issue

Bought for my daughter, worked well but only lasted a few hours

I’m so happy I discovered this brand! I’ve had cold feet for years due to Raynauds and I usually used the other, more known brand of foot/toe/hand warmers. I recently developed chilblains for the first time and my doctor said I needed to keep my feet warm at all times. I live in cold New England, so that means about 8 months out of the year for me lol. I needed to buy a large quantity so I found this brand and it was more economical for me, I ordered the 32-pack. Well my gosh, if these aren’t the best I’ve ever tried and stay flat and comfortable in my shoes, boots and slippers! They get sooo warm and keep my feet warm for hours and hours. Remember, you have to pull the sticker off the bottom before you place in your shoe! The sticker can be a little tricky to grasp as it’s all one piece, the entire length of the warmer. I wiggle it with the edge of my nail to get it started. It would be so helpful if the sticker were actually two pieces instead of one. But other than that, I am super excited to have found this brand for the comfort (I never feel pebbling), the extreme warmth and the ability to buy a large quantity. Great product!

Dit had ik eerder moeten weten. Het maakt (bijna) niet uit hoe duur je schoenen of van mijn part snowboots zijn, bij stilstand krijg je vanzelf koude voeten. Met deze warmtezooltjes hou je je voeten echter goed warm. En met goed, bedoel ik dat de onderkant van je achterpootjes bijna in de fik staan. Perfecte oplossing als je lang buiten moet staan of op de motor zit.

Ich habe heute, bei Schnee und Eis, das erste Mal diese wärmenden Einlegesohlen ausprobiert. Als ich sie auspackte, machten sie mir erst einmal einen sehr unspektakulären Eindruck. Das erste was ich dann dachte, nachdem ich die Bilder in der Verkaufsanzeige, hier auf Amazon, nochmal angeschaut hatte, dass ich es super einfach und praktisch finde, dass die Sohlen nur einfach in die Schuhe gelegt werden müssen. Kein warm machen oder sonst irgendwas. Dadurch, dass die Sohlen so schön dünn sind, passten sie auch ohne weiteres locker in die Schuhe. Erst hatte ich den Eindruck, als wäre alles wie sonst auch. Ich hatte etwas befürchtet, dass meine Füße vielleicht zu warm werden würden, doch das war überhaupt nicht der Fall. Nach nun drei Stunden in Eis und Schnee, normalerweise hatte ich dann immer zumindest Eiszehen, waren meine Füße einfach so warm, als wie wenn ich gerade aus dem Bett geschlüpft sei. Ich liebe die Dinger schon jetzt und es werden sicherlich nicht die letzten gewesen sein, die ich davon gekauft habe. Ich hoffe, dass es in Zukunft so etwas geben wird, was länger als acht Stunden hält, da ich selbstverständlich über den Müll nachdenke, den ich damit unserem Planeten zumute. Trotzdem bekommen die Sohlen von mir fünf Sterne, da sie absolut exakt halten, was sie versprechen und dafür finde ich auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut fair.
