If I wear a size 9.5 women’s, would you recommend going smaller to a 9 or going bigger to a 10?

I have narrow feet. I wear a size 8, I bought a 7 and they fit perfect. I would go with the 9 unless your feet are wide then 10. Hopefully this helps.
