Someone (stupidly) thought to put a RED cuff on the handle. BAD IDEA! The red plastic is NOT color safe and when washing it (before being able to use) the color bled all over my dish towel and hands. Returned it for credit immediately. What a mess, red dye everywhere. The press itself, looks like it would be fine, but there is no way to remove the red band. Don't waste your money on this one- there are others to buy that would be better.

This product is ok for novice. It works well, Burger patties are large, and they look great. However, press handles color bleeds, so I have to wrap it neither paper do not get the color on my hands and on the Burger patties. Color was red and faded to a orange color and continues to color bleed. Reason why I give this product only 3 stars.

I buy ground chuck and ground sirloin and mix them with my stand mixer. I then use my hamburger press to make my hamburger patties and I freeze them for later use. Excellent hamburger press. I love it.

Makes nice sized, but not too thick burger patties. The removable bottom makes it easy to remove the burger from the press. Only issue has been the red dye on the handle is prone to bleeding. A couple of good washings and it’s not a problem. Wish I would have bought one years ago!

This little press is pretty good, I love that you don't have to worry about the meat sticking when you take the patty out, and the cleanup is great. The only thing that might be a down side is you really need to have some strength to press the burgers.

For the most part it works good but every now and then the hamburger sticks to it and when you pull it up and having part of the hamburger comes apart I am a little bit disappointed but I still give it a 3 star

I enjoy this for making burgers especially since I used to do it by hand. Easy to use and clean.
