Use: elder care. I'm reviewing three incontinence products, for comparison. Depend Night Defense has been excellent in terms of fit, absorption (quantity and quality), and preventing leakage, even overnight. I bought the medium (per the chart) and it fits great; plenty of stretch. The absorption easily handled two 'wee's and/or one wee and a poo (I'm being delicate here, play along please!) with NO leakage! There is no smell to the product, so it is discreet. I have not noticed any skin irritation. Five stars, no complaints. Always Discreet Boutique is excellent in terms of absorption and preventing leakage (daytime use). However, I would recommend sizing up, as the Medium is smaller than the Depend Medium, above. They easily handle either one 'wee' and/or 'poo' with no leakage. They do have a "feminine product" scent, though it is not overpowering. For a couple hours, you will catch whiffs of this distinctive scent. No skin irritation that I've noticed. Four stars (would be five stars, but for the fit). Tena Stylish "Super Plus Heavy" was a disappointment in comparison. I bought Large instead of Medium, as recommended by many reviewers. The width/waist was good, but they fit more like hipsters than briefs. The back coverage was insufficient, and they leaked through to the seat of the pants, even though I did not use it for bedtime/laying prone. Since I had to change them out about two hours after putting them on, I can't speak to skin irritation. They do not have any scent. Two stars.

I order these Depend Night Defense Adult Diapers regularly for my elderly mother, and they work great for her. She needs reliable overnight protection, and these have been a real help. They stay secure, keep her dry through the night, and don’t leak even when she shifts around in bed. The fit is comfortable and not bulky, so she can move and sleep without feeling restricted. I’ve tried other brands, but these consistently perform better for nighttime use. Easy to put on, soft against the skin, and give both of us peace of mind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for dependable overnight incontinence protection.

Same great product. Overnights are expensive but true to size and even generous. Quality is great. HOWEVER THE SAME SIZE IN 7 drop pkg. HAS SHRUNK IN SIZE. They have updated material to "SOFT AND QUIET". To compensate the cost of upgrading they sacrificed material and made this same size smaller . They turned it into a hipster. This now reaches just below the navel and runs low on backside. Now I have to go up a size and this means I have to pay more for larger size pkg. . Depends is squeezing us into spending more money to justify materials needed to promote "QUIETER AND SOFTER MATERIAL " go somewhere else drop this mfg and buy ALWAYS BRAND

I started buying these diapers because the regular Depends were not absorbent enough but now these Depends Night Defense are not absorbent either when I purchase the box of 56 07-08-2026 I gave a negative review on Depends Night Defense in error. The negative review should have been on another urinary incontinence product.

I've been comparing overnight diapers for women, which I prefer to wear at all times because of the greater absorbency. Most recently, I've been casually testing the Depend diaper versus the LivDry diaper, and the Depend is overall the winner for me because of its slimmer fit and slightly lower cost while still very absorbent and comfortable enough. Granted, the LivDry diaper is very comfortable but also significantly more bulky, so that when wearing them, I sometimes cannot fit into pants and shorts that I can fit into with the Depend diaper.

I have used many brands for incontinence. These depend panties are perfect. I put on 2 at a time and when one is full, I tear the side seams out of the one closest to me and throw it away. It works perfectly. You don’t have to take off your pants. I use one for all night and it works great.

I bought these for my 102 year old mother-in-law; they keel her completely dry at night, no leaks. She finds them extremely comfortable and easy to put on.

I’ve bought this product for my 94 year-old mother for the past several years. They provide a good fit, and keep her dry all through the night.

They are exactly as described very absorbent. I switched to these instead of overnight poise pads and difference is fantastic. A bit bulky but they do what they are meant to do which is stop leakage.

Great fit

What I like most is that there is no leaking. It offered me that security of a good night rest. Very comfortable and moves with my body. On this last order one of the packages came damaged, as if something was spilled on it. Now the product inside was good however, the sticky exterior was truly unpleasant. Normally if I were to buy a package like this in a store, there would have been a discount offered. This is not the Amazon usual standard.
