Can this be used on screed floor

I`ve never used it on a screed floor only on drywall,however it`s an interesting idea and may be useful in this respect.I`m reminded of Einstock here. Hope this has helped good luck.

Has any used this to take of Artex?

Ceiling or walls ?, I have never tried to do this but I have considered it on ceilings and I see no reason why it should not be successful. Designed for drywall sanding it should be capable of removing Artex. However a word of caution, protect yourself from the dust created. My usual method is to skim coat to get rid of Artex. Hope this helps.
