Keep fingertips warm? Not just the hand but the tips of fingers and thumbs

About as well as any thick pair of gloves, really. They are very well insulated for work gloves, and for smaller hands they're large enough to go over a thinner pair of knit gloves if you find it necessary. The insulation is even all the way across the palms and fingers all the way to the tips. For me personally, they're the warmest pair of work gloves I've ever owned, and I have chronically cold hands. are these big and bulky making it hard to pick up small items?

They're thick, but not super bulky. My husband can still pick up small screws while wearing them, and I don't have too much trouble as long as I have a second pair of gloves on underneath. They're listed as a medium but I think they're more of a large, so it really comes down to how big your hands are. Hope that helps.

Are these good for stocking drinks in a beverage cooler? Can you grasp drinks easily or are they too thick and slippery?

They've got good grip, but the real answer depends on the type of cooler you're stocking. If they're tall gravity feeding plastic things, there's a possibility any kind of glove will get snagged on those stupid edges. If you can already wear some kind of glove without getting caught on things, I don't think these will get in the way at all. I would've killed for a pair when I was stocking coolers as well as when I was a "vending attendant" at a car manufacturer and ended up outside in the cold a lot.
