I searched for a product with variation in contact points for fascia and scar mobilization, that I could afford. I love this set because my hands are small-medium for a woman, the 4 different stone-like tools fit in a carry pouch included and fit into their own compartments which are marked and soft inside. A FREE very basic PDF downloadable/printable booklet is accessible by link provided inside box. A FREE e-book is available for your smart device, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work on my iPhone 7s. I printed the PDF. The written information (PDF or e-book) isn't very important because it mostly describes the product, not how to use each piece nor does it include "how-to" directions. A few tips are included in the written info. You can access the company website for more information. The company/creator is Hana Emi and my set came with a certification (?) test card number for reference. The material is "Carbonate Jade Material Bianstone Ornament". Each piece is black, with company insignia, machine curved and hand polished. Total weight of 4 pieces combined is 145.49 grams. Each individual piece has a perfect weight in my hand: light enough to handle, heavy enough to not slip out of my hand when using oils. MADE IN CHINA fyi. No funky smells on the tools are carry pouch which is great! No defects, chips, cracks nor sharp unsafe areas. The tools are cold. If you like cold temperature right away, or your patient does, this feature may be beneficial. If not, you will need to warm up the tools before applying them to skin. The edges are smooth and not too thin. Acupressure angles are includes to get to those specific points. As a hand therapist, I need to preserve my own joints when working on others' difficult scar adhesions. These tools take the pressure off my joints, and transfer the force through the tool. My hands aren't aching anymore! NOTE: these tools are not large for larger muscles and fascia areas. You possible could use them in larger areas, however the desired effects of larger sweeping and/or scraping methods would likely be diminished. Pressure points on larger muscles could still be addressed using this tool kit. OVERALL: I read a lot about various tools on Amazon--price, size, material, and purpose. This set is perfect for a smaller kit. The price was incredible compared to the official ISTAM tools.

1. Giftable: they come in a zipped canvas bag, that has 4 compartments (fit for each tool). 2. Great variety: there are two tools mostly used for facial gua sha (plus a third less commonly used one) but all 4 can be used on the body as well - I personally love the "triangular" one for legs/calves/arms/body. 3. Easy to hold. So to be clear; there are NO HOLES in these tools even though it may look like it. But they are still easy to hold. 4. I have high cheek bones and have thinned out in the face with age - I found that these work/fit/feel better on my face than other standard quartz or jade stone tools. (something to note). 5. HIGH QUALITY! These stone pieces are well made. I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship. Minor CONS: 6. With these, I feel like you need to keep your skin more often slippery/wet than with other standard quartz or jade pieces... On that note: I do not use more product (high molecular density hyaluronic acid) with these, and just run the tap on low and add more water. 7. The "promised digital book" is no longer supported or available... On that note: remember this: do not use the edges (perpendicularly on your skin), angle the tools! Never use on dry skin - these need to glide at all times! For most applications (especially on and around the face) draw the tool UP! - the WHOLE point, aside from lymph draining, is to "defy gravity" ;) Over all - I love these. BUY THEM. THEY ARE GREAT.

Marvellous. I'm an integrative medicine practitioner. I was searching for a set to replace my old flimsy fua shuas I bought in med school. I had jade and rose quartz stones. But I found them to chip, break or not hold up. These are sturdy, made with traditional stone, and are beautifully carved. I absolutely love the carrying case which comes with images printed on the back to show you which stone goes in which slot. It keeps them neat, nice, and cleanly organized. I so totally love these stones. I use them every day and my face feels and looks amazing. Pairs so well with a nice organic oil. I adore this gua shua stone set. I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach and I bought these to use on myself and with my clients. I've only had them for a week, but I like them. I've only been able to use them on myself for some soreness/inflammation at both elbow joints from a lifting session. Good relief the first time I used. The big thing you have to watch out for is overuse. You can get in a groove and overdo it which can bring on negative effects. So be careful. The massage tools feel like good quality. However, I am extremely nervous about dropping them as they seen like they could break with a traumatic fall (they're not cheaply made, I just have bad luck w/things happening like that). The one thing I wish they did was give recommendations on which tool is more appropriate for the different parts of the body. I greatly appreciate the explanation of the benefits that show it's more than just a massage tool. Overall I am excited to explore and see how I can improve my health with these. Just gotta get some oil and I am off to the races.

Hochwertiges GuaSha Set aus Rosenquarz. Hervorragend verarbeitet in einer gut gesicherten Box versendet. Ein Täschchen für den Transport ist dabei das in zwei Fächer unterteilt ist damit die Steine sich nicht berühren können.

I dont quite like the texture but i usually slather massage oil on it. On a positive note: this set is so useful for the pain parts of my body. Felt the relief and did help with boosting blood circulation. Definitely didnt regret the purchase!
