I hate drinking protein shake
But this one is by far the best protein powder that i have tried, on cheat days i mix 1 sachet of banana flavour with banana, water, oats and 2 scoops of low calorie ice cream and mannn it tastes so so good but also makes the drink kindoff healthy cause it increases the protein content, its very easy to mix and the texture is not an issue as I’m used to drinking plant protein. Recommend 💯
