Love These!!
Love these pots. They are right the handles can get hot, but I know it so I adjust accordingly. But I so love the non-stick and how food just falls right out of them. And they are also beautiful cookware!

I really like this set. Very easy to clean and food is cooked perfectly every time. Handles get very hot but otherwise great set! Not super heavy last cast iron/LeCreuset but sturdy.

Great for healthy cooking!
I am a chef and I love these pans. Very easy to clean, durable and definitely a good price! I love the diamond cut interior for searing without oil.The only negative for me is the handles get hot very easily which makes it hard to flip my food. Update * Unfortunately, I find that I have to tell you, don't buy these pans unless you want to use a pot holder to cook. Not only do the handles get extremely hot so does the handles on the lids..major disappointment.

Decent pans, discoloration and warped
Okay, I had this set for about 2 years and I have two main problems with it. First is that the pans are not completely flat, even before I used it. I had to replace the smallest pan because it was warped. Second problem I noticed over time is that there’s discoloration inside the pan after just a couple of uses. It turned yellow ish brown and doesn’t clean off. I think the coating came off pretty early on. Outer part of the pans are still good. Not the best I’ve used but also not the worst. But for the price I’m not sure if I’d get it again.

Series of updates to follow
I purchased these as I was relocating. That said I have only used these for about a week. PROS 1. They are heavy which I love 2. The bottom (inside) of the pan prohibits food sticking 3. Even heating CONS 1. Handle becomes very hot so ensure that you utilize mittens of cloth. Although that is a con the pot is designed to be placed in the oven so its understandable.
