Good tablets , feel diference on the skin

Iv been using these for over a month now and I love them, my hair and nails have seen the biggest improvement of your in any doubt as to weather they work or not I can assure you they do my hair is so much more shinier and looks healthier and before I was shredding a lot of hair my nails were very brittle and never seem to grow but they’re growing and looks so much more healthier. I took them for a month without any problems and my Hair definitely felt like it was in better condition. Not long after I started my second jar, however, I started to feel very bloated and jeans felt tighter than when I had weighed the same amount in the past, which made me think it could be water retention. I therefore stopped taking them and the bloating went within a week and I lost half a kilo, despite eating slightly more and exercising slightly less than I would normally because it was my Birthday week. I have unfortunately come to the conclusion that it must have been the Collagen. If I do go back to taking it, I might drop the dose from 1 tablet per day instead of 2, because I'm only 5ft tall and 46kg so probably less than an average adult. The tablets are quite large and can be difficult to swallow unless you have a lot of water with them and taking 2 seems a lot, so I will try halving the dose in a few weeks and see if it comes back. They do have a slight aftertaste but it only lasts for a few seconds, so didn't put me off

After two weeks I feel better.

These have made a difference to my joints especially my knees

I'm not convinced they did anything other than my nails seemed to grow fast!
