The book was okay per say, but when Ayla cut her wrist it took a terrible turn. Mind you, I overlooked a few things leading up to this part. I forgave them until Nickolai and Alessio went all theraputic. Made men are trained and tortured to ignore their feelings. They don't flinch at a girl bleeding from a failed suicide attempt. I'm not saying they have feelings, but hardcore Bratva don't go around talking like therapists.Next time research how real men talk, and rarely discuss their feelings. This author is proving authors like Cora Reilly might be better equipped at writing about these types of men. Yes, Cora Reilly is really good at Mafia stories. You miay need to read her books, and study everything she does. Ijs! I scanned through to end out who the traitor was. You do understand suspense though. Good one making Nikolai the traitor. So why didn't he tell Alberto about the new girl that showed up on their doorstep?

Oh wow.. just wow! What a story, and yes I️t has one heck of a cliffhanger!! Being part of the ‘Brava’ is rough.. the boss, always looking over his shoulder & trying NOT to have any weaknesses or having somebody to try and take over... ‘A daughter of the boss’ pretty much having to do the same.. what happens when a daughter of one mafia and the boss from another... sworn ‘family’ enemies find one another, yet only one knows the truth???? This is such a ‘swoon worthy’ book... I️t has deception, death, rape, prostitution.. yes - mafia is ugly world.... yet, this author also brings such ugliness and makes an unbelievable “love story!” Forbidden love!! Dangerous love!! I️ am at the edge of my seat and nails are completely “GONE!’ I️ want to read the next book soo bad, but I️ am so scared!!! Omg... this cliffy and secrets - I️ am in love with “ALL” these characters, but I️ am “TERRIFIED” TO read the book, also !!! Do NOT ruin me!! Omg... fabulous.. ( I️ know I️ am being ‘vague, but that is how I️ found this book and went into I️t... I️LOVE this book and I️ believe that is one of the reasons, so you get nothing more than “SO FREAKING AWESOME.... NAIL BITER- MUST READ!!!

so I knew going into this book that it was going to end in a cliffy, but did I notice... NOPE. I was so engrossed in the story that when I came to the last page I was like WHAT?? NO GIVE ME MORE..The story just flows so good that I didn't notice it was ending! GREAT STORY. This is not a short book it is over 450 pages and once I started reading it the day escaped me and I couldn't stop until it was done.The story has it all... tortured hero and heroine that need each other to heal, secrets, family feuds and SEXINESS! onto the next book

I read the book since the first chapter was published on Wattpad and fell in love with the story. This book touched me in a personal level and I could related to many of the events in it. Lylah has an amazing talent for writing, I've read a lot of books and there are very few that make feel what the actual character is feeling. She did that. We suffered, cried, laughed & got angry along with the Ivanshov family and it was all worth it. So... GET THE BOOK WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? 😉

Oh my! I am IN LOVE with this book! After reading the preview on Wattpad, i wasn’t so sure about reading the book anymore for an unknown reason. I am so glad i went through though! I’m really liking the plot so far, all the characters except Alberto, Alfredo, and Nickolay for obvious reasons.!! Please keep in mind that the author has put a trigger warning. There are many sensitive topics in this book. !! (Rape, Abuse, Suicide, etc)Why I didn’t give this book a 5 star. There are some grammar mistakes here and there but we all make mistakes and miss some things. Another thing i saw on my copy was a lot of space issues, some words would be spaced out and then others would be normal. Also with my copy, some of the words were very faint, like the ink didn’t come through all the way. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that, but it doesn’t bother me. Other than that, I love everything else.Cannot wait for the second book to be delivered!Plus, in one of my pictures, I have when i started the book and when I finished the book. As you can see it only took me 4-5 hours haha, but that might vary if your a slow reader.ALSO the cliffhanger at the end of the book had me hyperventilating, i was NOT expecting that.If your unsure on buying this book, give it chance! :)

What can I say about this book the mafia and his Angel part 1 tainted heart, is in Crazy seductive passionate wonderful book that I got to read so far and Miss James story didn't like the audio book but the book took my breath away I couldn't keep my eyes away from every page I kept reading from back and forth and sometimes I had to read it over again. Miss James done an amazing job this book is completely crazy but I enjoy that and it's different from other mafia books I have read so far I cannot wait to start reading part 2. P.S. this book May trigger some people who are reading so just give you an a heads up you readers out there. I totally recommend it to readers who are into Market books this one is far different from others. Enjoy

I've read a lot of fabulous reviews about this one, but it still took me a while to actually buy and read it.I had a lot of fun reading this one even though it wasn't really a fun filled read.It had a lot of though topics that are on the sensitive side.There were also a few things that I dislike, but I could look past it because what they had wasn't really formed yet. If that makes sense?I'm curiously waiting until she lets the "bomb" drop of her name. But I'm thinking it will still take a bit of time.Also it didn't really end with a cliffy, but it still isn't the end. I'm currently reading the second one because I just couldn't wait.

Ok, so this is a new author for me, ive never read a book by this author before.But boy i wished i had, i have been missing out big time.I dived straight into this book after reading the blurb.I was not disappointed at all, it was full of dark twists and turns, and got darker throughout the book.I love all the characters especially the mafia boss alessio, he's tall dark and dangerous and i love it.Don't even get me started on the ending, i saw it coming but jeez was not expect who???? 😲😲5 well deserved stars, brilliant readWish me luck book 2 here i come 👍😝

I took this book because of the reviews, but god it dragged on, i got fed up of reading the same thing word for word but as the different characters seen or heard it, if it stopped repeating itself the story would of been a quarter shorter. What a waste of £3

Amazing book.You fall in love with the characters instantly.I've read the original on Wattpad before it got published and now it has improved, not only grammatically, but improves on bringing the story more alive. I can not describe the amount of love I have for this book. It has inspired me and I'm sure it has inspired much more.The story tears your heart apart, makes you cry with happiness, makes you blush ;), and crushes you again.Lylah James is known to break her readers but she fixes you again. She is the Queen.I would definitely recommend a box of tissues because this story will take you on a journey of a lifetime.- Kailey

This book was my go to book whenever I had nothing to do or new to read. It's a masterpiece and I was absolutely gutted when it was removed from Wattpad and have been in countdown mode for its release date for months now. (I needed my fix of Aylessio)This is a story that immediately has you hooked, well for me it was anyway. From its dark moments to the cute ones.... You fall in love with the characters so quickly, when they cry, you cry. When they're angry, you're angry. Etc...This story is honestly one of my favourites and I can't wait for the second and third book now (countdown mode begins again)Honestly, you will not regret purchasing this book

I found this story a little slow in the middle but kept reading as both Ayla and Allessio are such lovely but damaged individuals due to past life experiences. I missed the fact that this story is told over three books so wouldn't have started it at all, but I am really glad I did as it pulls at your emotions and book one leaves you wanting more. I'm now eagerly about to start book two
