Easy installation. Very light weight. Fan itself produces noise and heat but less when compared with older fans. But the wind noise will he high considering the speed. Dust magnet, no dust resistance. That's good too, it catches a bit of dust in your room so you can clean it off. Class product.

I haven't noticed any unusual wobbling or excessive noise, which is something I always pay attention to with ceiling fans. Even at higher speed settings, it remains reasonably quiet. Had my doubts looking at mixed reviews on noise and durability. Fan is very good and absolutely silent. A good value buy also with stores charging tad higher for same model. I will post another update on durability after couple of months. Delivery is reasonably faster. Overall a very good value buy experience in Amazon.

Average air flow Ok ok

I purchased a Crompton fan for my mother through Amazon. Unfortunately, the fan turned out to be defective. After inspection, the service technician sent by Crompton approved a replacement. However, Crompton’s service partner has asked me to visit their service center to collect the replacement fan. This is not feasible for my mother. In fact, the primary reason I purchased the fan online was to avoid the need to visit a physical store. Moreover, for a fan costing around ₹1,700, I would have to spend nearly ₹700 on taxi fare just to collect the replacement, which is unreasonable. I raised this issue with Crompton Customer Care, and they assured me that the replacement fan would be delivered to my home. Unfortunately, this has still not happened. For the past week, I have been calling regularly, and each time I am told that the fan will be delivered “the next day,” but the promise has never been fulfilled. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better after-sales service from a reputed brand like Crompton. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in the brand and am now hesitant to purchase any Crompton products in the future.
