Very quick delivery. I ordered it late Friday night and received the kettlebell first thing Tuesday morning. I already have a 16kg bell and this one is a good bit bigger. The handle is quite wide and slightly rougher to touch but this actually improves the grip and it has not been a problem to use. It has a good wide base so it's very stable. I've mostly been using it for get ups and cleans and presses but I hope to include some swings and snatches in the coming weeks. For the price this is a great kettlebell.

Totally worth every penny. I got two 12KG and they are sturdy as anything. the have a good chunky iron feel to them, a big loop handle with a bit of girth to them also whichis good for developing grip.Made exceptionally well with a perfect centre of gravity, no issues here and would thoroughly recommend as a cheap but functional piece of equipment to go in anyones home gym. I also have a 20KG which is great for resistance cardio sessions (seriously just try and swing of these things 100 times and see how far you get!)

The 24 Kg KettleBell is just fine, the rough surface works perfectly against slippery grip, only the handle seems to me a bit unnecessarily wide (doesn't prevent from doing swings though) and maybe even a bit unnecessarily tall, like it's designed for really big hands only (on the other hand, forces to bend in the wrist, which is a good thing). But again, all in all it's nothing that would prevent from the effective exercise. For the price it is a very good piece of metal.

After going through a whole gamut of physical pursuits in the last 5 decades, including Charles Atlas,Maxalding, weight-training, not to mention Judo, Boxing, Kung-Fu, Ju-jitsu, and KFM, I find myself afflicted with osteo-arthritis (work-related), so I can no longer perform curls or bench-presses.Still wishing to keep myself in shape, I found myself drawn to the discipline of the Kettlebell. Research indicates, the kettlebell originated in Russia, circa 1700. It was found that Russian athletes were outstripping other nations in terms of explosive strength and endurance, mainly due to the usage of kettlebells, which are also used by the russian military, extensively.The principle of "Functional exercise" is employed here, in functional exercise the centre of mass is removed from the grip and is constantly changing, making for a more dynamic, explosive workout.After much searching, I found this company to offer the best deal, competetive price and free shipping, having ordered on the monday at noon, the product arrived next day by courier, great service, great product.As for results, it's still early days, but what I can report, is that my posture has improved and only yesterday I managed to hold the yoga "plank" position for a full 60 seconds, whereas before, I could only manage a mere 30 to 40 seconds, very encouraging!All in all a great piece of kit, also easy to store, my kettlebell resides in the front room next to the sofa. When in use, however, please be mindfull of light-fittings, small children and furniture!Please forgive my rambling (albeit enthusiastic) review.Bottom line...If it's good enough for the "spetsnatz" it's good enough for me, enjoy...

Quality piece of kit. Ordered the 30kg to use for some tabata conditioning work and does the trick. The handle is nice and thick so is great for improving grip and forearm strength. It was also delivered super quick and no super expensive delivery charge which is a bonus for a 30kg delivery (although the delivery man did look like he was going to have a hernia carrying it up the driveway).

I've previously bought 2 x 24kg bells from this company so when I found the need for a 16gk I didn't think there would be a problem. How wrong I was. The company itself responds to queries really quickly and are very obliging - even arranging to cancel the shipment and redeliver at a more convenient time. Unfortunately the quality of this product is unacceptable. The cost of shipping it back doesn't make returning for a refund viable so it will sit in the corner of the garage gathering dust as I won't be using it. The casting is very poor. Very rough. The handle is too thin for me and is so rough the iron is like a cheese grater - it would shred my hands in one session. The casting was obviously so rough they've had to grind off excess along the top and bottom of the handle and no attempt has been made to smooth off the grinding marks. Unfortunately I can only recommend people look elsewhere as this was a total waste of money - if I could give it no stars I would.

I tend to use this kettlebell for various exercises and do not get the kind of hand blisters that I've experienced with other KBs. The soft finish also means that you can do some slightly tough moves without injuring your wrists. I also love the fact that the grip is better than the rubber handle KBs, which adds to the sense of security. Simple but great product all round.
