Standard line keeps food hot/cold for up to 2-3 hours, making it perfect for grocery trips and short deliveries. If you need extended performance, our PRO line features upgraded, thicker insulation that maintains food temperatures for up to 5 hours.

Do the bags have any exterior pockets for receipts or IDs?

Yes! Our XL Plus, 2XL, and 3XL models all include an exterior pocket. While the XL Plus and 2XL feature standard fabric pockets, the 3XL model comes with a clear, transparent vinyl pocket (7" x 7")

Is this insulated food delivery bag machine washable?

Machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the insulation layers. For the best longevity, simply wipe the smooth interior and exterior with a damp cloth.

Is the interior fully waterproof?

The inner foil lining manages minor spills and wipes clean easily, but the seams are not 100% leakproof against standing liquids. However the PRO line features a waterproof exterior to keep your deliveries dry in any weather.
